The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and will leverage their expertise to enhance business processes and drive innovation. **Responsibilities:** **Digital Transformation Initiatives** + Lead and support digital transformation projects. + Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution. **Supply Chain Analytics** + Collect, analyze, and report supply chain metrics on a regular basis. + Develop and maintain Power BI/Excel dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance. + Support strategic sourcing teams with data analytics and reporting for specific metrics and projects. + Utilize automation and analytics tools to enhance reporting and drive productivity. **Project Management** + Manage portfolio initiatives and drive execution of digital transformation projects. + Coordinate with various Carrier sites and teams (Sourcing, Engineering, Quality) to capture requirements and drive actions. + Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines. **Basic Qualifications & Experience:** + 3-7 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing industries, with a focus on digital transformation, automation, and analytics. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI for analytics and presentation. + Basic understanding of AI concepts and their application in business processes (preferred). + Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. + Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and present data effectively. + Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills as required. + Master's/Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. + Power BI certification (preferred). + Understanding of ERP systems like SAP/Oracle. + Strong interpersonal skills to work in a global environment with stakeholders in different regions. + High learning agility and attention to detail. **Benefits** We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities + Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme **Our commitment to you** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
