What will your responsibilities be?

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, PMO, Purchasing, Quality teams to understand their needs and priorities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop IT strategies that support business goals and drive innovation.Project Management: Oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and within budget.Service Management: Ensure IT services are aligned with business needs and are delivered with high quality and reliability.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and services.Training: Training the business teams about the new tools and technologies Alignment to IT Goals: Promote the use of emerging technologies to drive business innovation and efficiency. Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.6+ Years of experience in a similar role.Working experience of Teamcenter RAC, AWC and other modules of Teamcenter such as Structure Manager, Query builder, Change ManagementGood understanding of Engineering Bill of Materials, precise & imprecise BOMs, TC data model  (e.g., relationships between the objects).Good understanding of interfaces and middleware such as eQube, Seeburger including data Mapping/transformation.Experience supporting integrations between Teamcenter and SAP, QAD, Mendix and custom applications using API’s, file transfer, TC Webservices.Proficient in working with data formats such as XML and JSONShould have experience in working on Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools for requirement / Bugs creation and trackingAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex datasets and visualizing information effectively.Technical Proficiency: Azure DevOps user level, Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, MS PPT, Agile MethodologyExcellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and present findings in a clear and concise manner.Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to work in a team environment, facilitating communication and ensuring project goals are met collaboratively.

Base monthly salary starting from 1700 EUR gross.
