Job Description Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Generate and report on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Sales Renewable Base (SRB) metrics. Maintain and enhance business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. Synthesize trend data and business intelligence to support strategic recommendations. Provide technical support and documentation for reports and dashboards. Coordinate testing and validation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Communicate with Finance stakeholders to stay aligned with evolving business needs and industry trends. Create or review technical design documentation to support accurate reporting solutions.
