Role Overview
The Mid-Market Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Kyriba’s growth in the mid-market segment by tracking KPIs, analyzing performance across regions and verticals, and supporting data-driven decision-making as we expand into new markets. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytically minded individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to extract insights that shape go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Segment Analysis
Track pipeline conversion, sales velocity, and partner contribution across key regions and verticals.
Identify underperforming geos or segments and recommend actions to improve traction.
Evaluate results of new market entries, pilots, or campaigns and provide data-backed insights on what to scale or stop.
Monitor competitive dynamics and customer behavior to inform GTM adjustments.
Reporting & Insights
Support the Mid Market General Manager with concise reporting and insights for CRO QBRs, XCO reviews, and board-level updates on the mid-market segment.
Define and maintain KPIs across sales, marketing, and partner teams to track segment performance.
Partner with GTM, Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align metrics and drive performance improvements.
Build automated reporting to support decision-making.
Operational Efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across key systems.
Recommend tooling and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve visibility.
Support automation initiatives and leverage AI agents where applicable.
Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Sales Operations, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience turning data into actionable business insights.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity setting.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Salesforce; experience with BI tools such as Qlik is a plus.
Familiarity with mid-market SaaS GTM strategy is desirable.
