Business Analyst - Medicaid
Job Description Job Description: CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and support strategic initiatives that drive innovation and improve healthcare outcomes. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:  Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for new initiatives and enhancements.  Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.  Conduct gap analyses and process mapping to identify areas for operational improvement.  Collaborate with IT, data analytics, and product teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.  Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and outcomes.  Support testing and validation of new systems or enhancements, including UAT coordination.  Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.  Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.  Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy benefit management.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.  Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.  Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
