Job Summary:
The Business Analyst Manager (Manager), Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives that enhance our digital capabilities. The Manager analyzes business processes, identifies opportunities for digital innovation, and implements solutions that align with the strategic goals of our Tax practice. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technology, process, and data.
The Manager coordinates with the tax practice, DT&I, and National IT to create and implement technology tools to meet the needs of our clients and professionals.
Job Duties:
Creates prototypes and low code solutions, as required Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations, as required Gathers requirements from business stakeholders and translate them as features and user stories Grooms requirements for architects and developers Prepares/reviews technical documentation for assigned products Develops relationships with key business partners Performs functional product testing Prepares and/or reviews test plans Designs and tests business processes and recommends improvements Analyzes process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements Identifies automation opportunities Gathers and analyzes data related to assigned product and projects Communicates insights and findings to product managers and technical leaders Performs data discovery, analysis, and modelling Facilitates process design, requirements gathering, and product design workshops Assists with project management, as required Coordinates with National IT to schedule required reviews and deployment of tools Other duties, as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree, required; focus in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Engineering, preferredExperience:
Five (5) or more years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, project manager, business manager, technical writer, technical support, or systems analyst, requiredLicense/Certifications:
Certification in business analysis, process design, project management, product management, CPA ,or EA, requiredSoftware:
Knowledge of documenting requirement using Azure DevOps or Jira, required Strong Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) skills, preferred Fundamental knowledge of SQL Server skills, preferred Foundational knowledge of Alteryx, preferredLanguage:

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $135,000 - $180,000
Maryland Range: $135,000 - $180,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $135,000 - $180,000
