Job overview and responsibilities
The Business Analyst will link our information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of our software product's features' analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks. The primary goal is to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations by enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing and designing business processes, and performing needs assessments in collaboration with the project team. This role demands an understanding of both the business and the technology to facilitate communication and enable the design of solutions that meet and exceed our business needs.
Bachelor's degreeBusiness Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field3+ years of related experience or successful completion of United DT Early Career Digital Leadership Program (ECDLP)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
and accuracy
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationExperience in project management and business process re-engineeringAbility to work independently and with others to resolve complex business issuesProven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Must be a team focused individual Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

The base pay range for this role is $87,780.00 to $114,376.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
