Job overview and responsibilities

The Business Analyst will link our information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of our software product's features' analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks. The primary goal is to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations by enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing and designing business processes, and performing needs assessments in collaboration with the project team. This role demands an understanding of both the business and the technology to facilitate communication and enable the design of solutions that meet and exceed our business needs.

Business Process Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify efficiency gains and areas for improvementMap out current and future state processes, providing a clear vision for potential enhancementsData Analysis and Reporting:Gather and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-makingDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performanceRequirements Gathering and Solution Development:Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into detailed requirementsDesign and propose business solutions that align with strategic objectives and improve operationsProject Management:Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business expectationsMonitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary to stay on trackStakeholder Communication and Presentation:Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners to align on business goals and initiativesPrepare and deliver presentations that summarize findings and recommendations clearly and persuasivelyCross-Functional Collaboration:Facilitate collaboration between business units, technology, and support teams to ensure cohesive efforts and successful outcomesAct as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and cooperationContinuous Improvement:Proactively seek out opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the businessImplement best practices and stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvementQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

 

Bachelor's degreeBusiness Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field3+ years of related experience or successful completion of United DT Early Career Digital Leadership Program (ECDLP)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail 

and accuracy

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organizationExperience in project management and business process re-engineeringAbility to work independently and with others to resolve complex business issuesProven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Must be a team focused individual Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $87,780.00 to $114,376.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
