Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The BA will be joining a global agile HR team and support a larger transformation across the organization. This will be 12-month contract and can sit fully remote in India working local hours. Day-to-day responsibilities may include the following: • Data Platform Analysis: Engage with multiple source system providers (e.g., Workday, Payroll, MyBenefits, proprietary tools, Excel) to understand data structures, country-specific variations, and calculation logics • Documentation & Translation: Translate system knowledge into clear internal documentation, including mathematical formulas, process details, and metadata for the Data Catalogue • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Data Steward, Data Architect, Product Owner, other Business Analysts, and Ingestion Engineers to support the design & build of the new Data Product • Future Reporting & Analytics: Contribute to ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation to support operational and analytical use cases Pay Rate: $15-$20/hr USD Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.
