As a Business Analyst, you will thoroughly develop, market profiles including new feature concepts or enhancements in support of the Go-to-Market strategy for our IP Management System IPfolio. You will then collaborate with Product Owners to deliver world-class business software to our client base.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Excellent knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) or a legal background 5+ years (Paralegal, IP Operations, Business Analyst, etc.)
Previous experience of working at law firm
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional formative experience
A general business knowledge and/or coursework, plus a curiosity to continuously build that knowledge
At least 5+ years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Additional Relevant Experience
Prior experience of working with an IPMS system within a law firm.
Prior experience in SaaS-based system testing (Unit Testing, UAT etc.) and/or End User training
CITMA or CIPA qualification preferred
A business analysis qualification or proven experience would be an advantage
Language – Native fluency in any other language is a plus

What will you be doing in this role?
The Business Analyst will work with European-based law firm clients, in the first instance.
Document market requirements and dynamics effectively and accurately, showing the difference between Country/regional Level Law Firms Assist the Product team in sizing market opportunity to inform future investment plans
Analyse customer win-loss data to inform feature or service development
Assist the Product team with implementation workshops, including requirements gathering; workshop setup; analysis and problem resolution
Attend, and be an active participant in, internal and external meetings with regards to client implementation projects
Assist end users with software issues and escalate where appropriate

About the Team
This role will report into the Senior Director of Product Management – IPfolio and will collaborate with technical Business Analysts, Product Managers/Owners in the team
Working Hours
Full-time, permanent role based out of our London or Belgrade office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week in the office.
