**Job Title:** Business Analyst II (Real Estate/Governance, Planning & Strategy)
**Location:** Calgary, AB (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst II (Real Estate/Governance, Planning & Strategy) to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the REWS Team supporting both the Real Estate Transactions and Governance teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Assist with lease payment automation and ERP cutover planning.
+ Collaborate with Finance and REWS to align Tango and Oracle data flows.
+ Support lease accounting processes and facilitate Real Estate AP & AR Processes.
+ Provide project planning and data support for ongoing maintenance operations.
+ Liaise with HR to align onboarding/offboarding processes with IWMS data.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of facilities operations, asset management, and lease administration.
+ Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and data integration workflows.
+ Proficiency in IWMS platforms such as Tango and ServiceNow.
+ Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
