**Job Title:** Business Analyst II (Occupancy & Space Planning)
**Location:** Calgary, AB (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst II (Occupancy & Space Planning) to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the operations team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Oversee digitization, renumbering, and upload of 400+ USU floorplans into Tango.
+ Review occupancy and space related data for all managed sites for accuracy and alignment with standards in Tango.
+ Manage AutoCAD file submissions via ServiceNow and track upload progress.
+ Coordinate monthly occupancy and space related data updates for USU priority sites.
+ Lead in modification and documentation of processes for weekly moves, onboarding and offboarding cross-functional processes post go-live with Tango.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in IWMS platforms (Tango preferred).
+ Strong understanding of facilities operations and asset management.
+ Strong experience with data management.
+ Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
