BASIC FUNCTIONS

This role supports one or more Business Units by contributing to multiple AI

Job Summary:

Business Analyst II supports AI and Automation initiatives across Business Units by assisting in the analysis, documentation, and testing of business processes and IT solutions. Guided by the Senior OPEX Manager, this role contributes to the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals for efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Accountabilities:   

Document before and after process maps during current state analysis and process discovery sessionsPipeline Management and Qualification of AI and Automation projectsAnalyze and document business requirements and workflowsDevelop system specifications, process flows, and data conversion strategiesCreate user documentation for technical and functional useAdhere to established processes, protocols, and quality standardsManage stakeholder expectations and escalate issues as neededBuild trust with stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution

Non-Negotiable Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT disciplineAt least 2 years of IT business analyst experienceEquivalent experience in Business Analysis or Software Testing may be consideredInternal applicants must be a Certified Automation PractitionerPerform current and future-state process mapping and opportunity assessmentAbility to gather requirements and translate them into user stories or functional specs, especially for AI, RPA, and automation initiativesBasic knowledge of SDLC and Development tools/platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Python, SharePointModerate project management, change management, facilitation skills and foundational communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with Gen AI tools such as Copilot StudioExperience with report generation and e-learning content creation tools (e.g., Easygenerator)
