OVERVIEW

Integral position within the Business Services (BusOps) Department that will participate in a wide variety of administrative, recurring duties and responsibilities supporting our internal customers; Field Services, GOM, Logistics and so forth. Position will consist of daily administration and maintenance of exception reporting, SAP updates/maintenance across several transactions, in addition to being a primary handler of our internal BusOps inbox, supporting internal customer requests across the Dept entire support realm, from taking direction to resolve, and rerouting to internal BusOps team members based on escalation requirements. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This position will be heavily relied upon as an administrative support team member, supporting internal customers as well as internal department needs daily. Much of the work will be known and repetitive in nature, with the ability to react as required based on the needs of the internal customer. 

 

Acts to foster internal relationships for the operational effectiveness of BusOps and the FS Team pertaining to exception reporting and monitoring for discussion with laggards for improvement goals.  Take a large stake ownership of our existing BusOps Inbox to address support requests in a timely manner, consistent with best-in-class customer service. Solving directly in combination with internal escalation as needed.  Assists with assisting BusOps Builders with WEBI distribution updates as needed.  Assists in reviewing dept owned policies, instructional documentation and ensuring they are up to date and meet the needs of the ever-changing FS landscape.  Assists with BusOps Trainer in LMS to coordinate mandatory course assignments to FS pertaining to exception reporting trends which dictate markets needing refresher.   Assists existing BusOps team members with IN/CN/VPN SVO creation as needed.  Other duties as assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience with SAP.   Strong analytical and creative skills.  Proficient across several applications   Excel (Med to High proficiency)  PowerPoint (Basic skills) 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.  Ability to create and communicate executive summary presentations as need arises.  Ability to articulate in public speaking SME capacity to FS Markets lagging progress and recommend insights to help them achieve compliance.  Keys to Success

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
