You'll join a diverse network of supply chain managers, product managers, and operational leaders working to optimize every aspect of our Air transportation network. You'll collaborate with teams across Amazon to deliver the highest standards of service performance while ensuring network efficiency and reliability for our customers. This role will help us deliver at scale by analyzing complex data sets, building meaningful metrics, and driving continuous performance improvements across the network.


Key job responsibilities
- Analyze data and metrics to identify system improvement opportunities
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions using SQL and Excel
- Create and optimize dashboards for monitoring business performance
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to address business challenges and improve CX metrics
- Conduct data mining and analysis to uncover trends and develop actionable insights
