Your day-to-day activities Guide, influence and challenge stakeholders to understand the relative business benefit of their ideas and concepts. Prioritize business requirements with the wider team, in line with the program roadmap and delivery plan. Define development-ready, detailed requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes. Produce high-quality, clear, and consistent artifacts that are required through all phases of delivery. Design solutions that meet people-, process-, and technology needs, and provide a clear route to the Future State. Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring requirement traceability from analysis through development and UAT to delivery. Work closely with the internal development team and business stakeholders. Be able to run scrum ceremonies in the absence of the Project Manager. Must-have SkillsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
At least 5 years working as a Business Analyst. Delivered projects in agile/iterative environments with experience of methodologies such as SCRUM. Experience working as part of the global team that spans multiple time zones. Some experience leading the scrum ceremonies. Able to design solutions that meet a range of sometimes conflicting requirements. Able to use visual techniques to create diagrams that make it easier to understand more complex problems. Able to clearly communicate technical subjects to business and technology stakeholders. Advanced English level (oral and writing skills).
