And we’re growing! **The Role** Our Healthcare consulting practice is looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our journey. We’re looking for **Consulting Manager** who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a **Manager, Consulting** (which is Manager level position) this means leading a team of Consultants through a client-facing engagement, managing escalations, and serving as a the owner of a workstream; maintaining expertise in your domain. Apply now **QUALIFICATIONS:** 1. Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, 2. Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements. 3. Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications. 5. An analytical problem solver who knows and employs all declarative automation and Salesforce ecosystem features. 6. Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers. 7. Ability to grasp the requirements of clients from diverse sectors and translate/present those demands into a compelling vision and roadmap for our clients. 8. Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence. 9. Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
