Job Description - Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes. - Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 to meet evolving business needs. - Implement and support bolt-on software solutions; collaborate with external vendors to integrate and extract data. - Drive process improvements across finance, inventory, and distribution functions. - Manage system documentation, including process flows and configuration settings. - Provide end-user training and ongoing support for GP and related applications. - Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment. - Support data management and reporting needs; oversee weekly/monthly customizations within GP. - Partner with business leaders, sales, and customer service teams to align systems with operational goals. - Collaborate with IT and third-party GP consultants to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. - Foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
