This role can be located either in Munich, Germany or any other locations within the hub structure of our global IT organization.

As a Business Analyst, you will be the primary liaison between project teams and their stakeholders in business units, Group functions and/or externally. You’ll elicit requirements, shape business needs, ensuring that the scope is clearly understood and articulated at the project outset. You’ll work with project sponsors and managers throughout projects to ensure that requirements are being met, and that issues are managed proactively.

Your Job

Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes for managing and archiving our business records electronicallyTranslating business requirements into detailed functional specificationsSupporting the Product Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget. Follow project methodologies – MR Essentials – as applicableEnsuring requirements issues are tracked, reported and resolved in a timely mannerEffectively communicating plan, status, risks and issues to the stakeholder in a precise and timely mannerSupporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activitiesProvide traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking delivery of those requirements by the product teamAssist with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scopeCreate appropriate level of product documentation (required for maintenance and support)

Your Profile

University degree preferably in Computer engineering / IT, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences or similar qualificationSeveral years of business analyst or related experience, ideally within the area of electronic records management and archiving using OpenText Content Suite Platform and integration into leading data systems Preferably you have experience with OpenText WebReports, OScript and you are familiar with XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .Net, Pearl and SQLPreferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support  Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures History of leading and supporting successful projects  Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
