Driving the growth and implementation of the Digital Solutions & Innovation agenda for GBS, working closely with strategists, developers, product managers, and engineers. Identifying, designing, and prioritizing value-adding solutions by applying cutting-edge technologies and services, with a focus on Agentic AI. Driving collaboration and communication with stakeholders by conducting workshops and exploring different approaches, assessing risks, benefits, and impacts. Acting as a translator between technology teams and the business world, crafting clear stories and messages that drive awareness for digital transformation and AI innovation. Managing end-to-end solution rollouts including user story definition, business impact calculation, testing, and change identification. Ensuring quality, continuous improvement, and seamless delivery in your area of responsibility. Fostering a culture of feedback, communication, and service development in line with Siemens’ values. Continuously learning, analyzing, and refining opportunities while taking ownership for results. Staying up to date with emerging digital and communication trends and proactively driving innovation. EducationA bachelo’s degree in Business, Innovation Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or an equivalent field. Experience & SkillsAt least 3 years’ experience in product or service management, with a strong focus on digital services and/or AI. Proven track record in creating customer-focused solutions by consulting stakeholders from problem definition through to solution rollout. Experience working at the intersection of development teams, customers and ecosystem partners. Skilled in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, preferably with experience as a Product Owner. Ability to identify, define and drive new Agentic AI opportunities end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated expertise in planning and facilitating workshops, applying customer development and design thinking methods. Ways of workingStrong initiative, ownership, and accountability across functions and organizational levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
