The role focuses on data analysis, validation, and reporting to support access and identity lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities: Perform data validation and testing across lifecycle management systems. Use Excel to compare large datasets and identify inconsistencies. Create XML files for data formatting and integration. Collaborate with internal teams to support access lifecycle processes. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. **Required technical and professional expertise** Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, data comparison techniques). Experience creating XML files. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to go beyond the minimum. Excellent communication and documentation skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Experience with SailPoint or other identity governance tools. Access Management experience.
