Business Analyst / Developer - Xceptor Development Team - Senior AVP.
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join The Xceptor development team, which plays a crucial role in driving process automation across Wholesale Operations. The Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business needs and the low-code / no-code development team. This pivotal role involves gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into actionable insights that empower technical teams to create scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions utilizing the Xceptor application. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the development team's requirements to facilitate a seamless and effective delivery process. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to participate in designing and constructing solutions using Xceptor. **In this role, you will:** + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities. + Conduct workshops, interviews and surveys to elicit functional and non-functional requirements. + Document workflows, data sources, and integration points relevant to low-code / no-code platforms. + Translate business requirements into platform-specific configurations, templates, and reusable components. + Work closely with platform administrators to ensure governance, scalability and compliance. + Serve as the liaison between business units and development teams. + Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. + Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. + Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. + Monitor performance and adoption of deployed solutions, recommending improvements where necessary. + Maintain a feedback loop to continuously refine requirements and enhance platform usability. **Required Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation or automation projects. + Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms, ideally Xceptor version 4. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. + Understanding of data modelling, process mapping, and user experience principles. + Experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies. + Ability to identify risk and reduce / manage accordingly, escalating where necessary. + Growth mindset. + A good understanding of client / customer service. **Desired Qualifications:** + Certification in Business Analysis. + Intermediate SQL experience. + Exposure to citizen development programs or enterprise automation initiatives. + Knowledge of APIs, databases and integration concepts. **Posting End Date:** 18 Sep 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
