In this role you will help to establish a more complete picture of your area’s efficiency and profitability, while liaising with a variety of team members to make sure your findings are put to use. This is an onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ. Primary Business Analyst Responsibilities: + Analyze managerial financial/budget data for integrity. + Assist U-Haul field locations with expense reports, profit and loss statements, and other managerial accounting. + Obtain data for U-Haul entities to prepare and analyze budgets, reports and forecasts for use by management in the decision-making process. + Utilize various software applications to create financial models for use in presentations to management. + Ensure accuracy of outgoing reports to executives and supervisors. + Manage budgets and capital expenditures. + Automate, interpret, and report on data. + Communicate regularly with Marketing Company Presidents and fellow analysts.
