We’re looking for a talented and driven Business Analyst to help us develop impactful and secure applications for a leading customer in the banking industry.

 

You’ll play a pivotal role in software development projects, using Agile methodologies to design, test, and maintain innovative applications. You’ll act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals while meeting the highest standards of quality and security.

 

 

Your main tasks and accountabilities will be:

 

Participate in the definition, testing, and development of software solutions. Proactively work to achieve the highest quality standards in our solutions by implementing robust testing and security controls. Be an integral part of the team, ensuring the successful execution of Agile product development methodologies. Analyze BAU issues to ensure consistent service levels are maintained. Conduct detailed functional and technical testing to enhance application reliability.

 

 

What do we expect from you?

 

3–4 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 1–2 years on BAU teams for web applications. Hands-on experience in agile development environments, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of applications. Expertise in functional and technical testing, including tools like Postman, JMeter, JUnit, or Mockito. Strong experience in testing microservices, APIs, and utilizing Kafka for event streaming. Proficiency with relational databases, including query execution and understanding of database relationships. Familiarity with Control-M for batch process monitoring and execution. Knowledge of testing frameworks like HP ALM. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies. Fluent in English.
