Working under the guidance of a mentor, supports business strategies, and utilizes facilitation skills to elicit requirements and business needs from cross functional teams across all levels of the organization, including vendors. Assists in defining solutions, providing training to business users, and acting as a sprint manager to ensure activities are completed in a timely fashion. Assists in providing business process mapping services and ensuring all requirements are defined well enough for prioritization and execution on requests. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with more experienced data and analytics staff to develop sound methodologies for extracting data and presenting information to facilitate decision-making.Effectively partners with customers, peers and cross functional teams to discover needs.Collaborates with other analysts and departmental leadership to interpret data and provide written report summaries and narratives to explain findings and express recommendations for action or further analysis.Uses available analytic environments including data models, file structures, and field contents.Delivers on expectations and commitments in a timely manner; follows through on agreed upon assignments without deviation.Utilizes query tools to analyze and interpret data with SQL knowledge.Prepares sprint cycles and sprint stories.Participates in sprint planning sessions.Leads / participates in work prioritization sessions.Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION
