 Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Aftermarket services

In this role, you Customer Support in After Sales topics and managing customer requests claims.

Responsibilities

Processing of customer enquiries · Calculation creation of repair service quotes including technical description.

Monitoring of the cases (technical, administrative, delivery times customer contact)

Analysis of customer needs and subsequent implementation of individual concepts

Support in After Market / After Sales strategies processes

Project lead of selected cases in the section of technical support, claims and customer satisfaction

Internal and external preparation, coordination and management of customer claims

Problem-solving-oriented work with a high level of technical understanding and customer orientation

Systematic root cause analysis and definition of sustainable corrective measures and documentation of the results

Processing of warranties incl. statement to the customer

Creating technical customer reports and its analysis

Ensures compliance with all legal and other guidelines applicable in the company

Drive Project Management of MRO and Services

Handles technical queries from Customers

Close cooperation with Field Service and Shopfloor Service

Support Order Management team on technical Spare Part RFQ’s

Ability to use superior communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decision-making.

Excel at delivering the highest levels of client service and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive industry experience in preferred

Proficiency in MS office tools and ERP systems

Ready to take new challenges.

Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.

Preferred qualifications

Prior experience in working with MRO is preferable.

Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing and industrial engineering.

Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.

Good communication, persuasion and decision-making skills
