CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst – Adm opening for our client in NYC, NY. Location: Onsite in NYC, NY Duration: 12 months Duties: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Support the planning, design, and delivery of technology initiatives within the financial services domain. Facilitate communication between business users, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables. Assist in creating functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation. Participate in testing activities, including test case development and user acceptance testing. Contribute to project governance and reporting activities. Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all organizational levels. Proficiency with Jira/Confluence and familiarity with SQL and/or data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or software development environment. Required experience in the finance industry (financial services, asset management, or fintech). Proven success in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and supporting high-impact delivery initiatives. Demonstrated ability to integrate quickly into cross-functional teams and deliver results. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
