Business Analyst

Based in our Shakopee, MN location, as a Business Analyst you will support the Globalization of our processes as we build an industry-leading customer experience that delivers optimization of our customer support teams. You will support the definition of the global governance roadmap, prioritize requirements, and inform teams of strategic opportunities to deliver increased value to the organization. Strong process optimization, being action-oriented, and data analysis are key competencies of the job.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Understand customer needs through market research and the voice of customers. Utilize data to feed the development of process maps and governance models Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Operations, Digital and IT teams to understand needs and improvement opportunities for the customer experience Use concrete data analysis and insights to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions around optimizing the overall customer experience Drive key strategies and programs aimed at increasing adoption and overall team productivity  Identify process bottlenecks and look for innovative new ideas and features to test, which will yield value to the customer and the company Create networks within the organization which can assist in delivery of change Understand and analyze tech opportunities that will enable new productivity and utilization enhancement.  Provide insights that modernize the vision and roadmap.  Domain-specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Cost modeling, Process Mining, Org Modeling, BI and Dashboards, Market Research Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree Zero (0) years of experience Legal Authorization to work in the United States
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in a marketing, engineering, and/or business-related field Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with data transformation and visualization software and concepts Proficient in Microsoft Office

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $58,000-$62,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
