Business Analyst
**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in Virginia.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 12 months **Duties:** + Serve as a resilient Business Analyst with ADM skills, functioning as a non-technical domain functional consultant. + Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation activities across business and technical teams. + Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis to identify process improvements and potential risks. + Manage stakeholders and users effectively, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. + Facilitate requirement workshops, process mapping, and use case development to support business objectives. + Analyze business cases and provide guidance to technical and vendor teams throughout the SDLC. + Act as a liaison between lines of business and development teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions. **Skills:** + Strong understanding and working experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). + Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, impact analysis, and gap analysis. + Skilled in process mapping and use case mapping. + Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities. + Outstanding communication and analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. + Ability to bridge communication between business teams and development teams. **Experience:** + Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in IT or business environments. + Demonstrated success in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis. + Experience conducting impact and gap analyses. + Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder management. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
