One of our Customers at RED is in search for an experienced Business Analyst to support an on-going Telephony Implementation project and an ITSM upgrade on a hybrid basis in East Midlands, UK

Start Date: ASAP Duration: Initial contract -until end of the year Contract: Freelance Location: Hybrid in East Midlands Language: English (Written & Spoken) Rate: Inside IR35

Education and Knowledge Requirements

Our client is looking for an experienced BA to support an on-going Telephony Implementation project and an ITSM upgrade.

Highly methodical BA with strong listening skills Able to challenge and validate requirements - ensure the right decisions are made Ideally, to have prior experience in Telephony projects Work background with business processes, security and infrastructure projects Strong planning and governance projects experience
