CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in NYC, NY. Location: NYC, NY Duration: 12 months Duties: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support technology and software development initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects. Facilitate requirement workshops, prepare functional specifications, and support test planning and execution. Provide insights and recommendations based on business and data analysis. Support cross-functional teams with project delivery, risk management, and issue resolution. Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels. Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize competing requirements. Ability to quickly adapt and integrate into fast-paced, cross-functional teams. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and/or data analysis tools. Experience: 7+ years as a Business Analyst in a technology or software development environment. Experience in financial services, asset management, or fintech is required. Demonstrated success in gathering requirements and supporting high-impact delivery initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
