The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and SharePoint modernization. W2 Contract – not open to C2C or sponsorships. Business Analyst Primary Responsibilities + Define and document business requirements for IT and business initiatives, including ERP RFP processes. + Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support development and refinement sessions. + Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. + Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams during discovery, prioritization, and estimation activities. + Facilitate QA, UAT coordination, and CAB change management processes. + Lead refinement sessions and support estimation model completion. SharePoint Modernization Focus + Inventory and categorize applications, data, sites, and subsites from on-prem SharePoint 2016 environments. + Evaluate and disposition inventoried items to either: + SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) or + On-prem SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) based on compatibility and system requirements. + Document processes and support migration planning. + Act as a technical point of contact for SharePoint migration activities. Top Skills Required + Strong experience in business requirements gathering, user story writing, and acceptance criteria documentation. + Proven ability in process mapping and business process analysis. + Familiarity with SharePoint environments, especially in the context of modernization or migration projects. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
