Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Business Analyst** working in **Redmond, WA (Hybrid)** **Pay rate:** $ 72.88/hr **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now** **Job Responsibilities** + Partner across various stakeholders to enhance or create new Power BI dashboards + Create automated source data tables for the dashboards and ensure accuracy + Provide ad-hoc analysis on key business trends and insights + Make recommendations based on insights from analysis and insights + Drive projects from end -to-end, gathering requirements from stakeholders to production **Required Qualifications** + 8+ years of dashboarding experience with dashboarding tools, Power BI preferred + 8+ years of experience with Python and SQL, bonus if familiar with Databricks, SparkSQL, PySpark, or Azure Data Explorer + 5+ years’ experience in direct stakeholder engagement **Preferred Qualifications** + Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills + UX/UI + Able to work in a collaborative, diverse and fast-paced team + Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills and autonomy when faced with solving data problems As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
