Collaborate with Product team stakeholders to gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring clear and detailed specifications for new and improved product features.Document business needs and translate them into formal specifications, acting as a liaison between Development, internal teams, and external clients.Analyze and synthesize data to ensure stakeholder needs are met, write user stories, and actively participate in grooming and sizing sessions.Support user acceptance testing and contribute to the successful delivery of product enhancements.Maintain and track the product backlog, ensuring alignment with development priorities and timelines.Monitor and report on product KPIs at both the initiative and departmental levels, recommending metrics to support customer satisfaction.Evaluate internal feedback and research, provide business process and systems analysis, and may lead operational phases of projects to support the product team.Product You Will Be Supporting
