Location: Remote Duration: 12 months Duties: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR-related systems, including Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits. Develop functional specifications, process flows, and use cases to support system enhancements and implementations. Partner with IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational goals. Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance processes to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables. Provide support for system configurations, reporting, and issue resolution related to HR modules. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements and updates effectively. Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits systems. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HR or related domains. Experience implementing or supporting HR systems and modules. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
