Business Analyst

As our Business Analyst – TR MENA, you are responsible for data reporting, business planning, and financial control.

You will be the central business partner supporting the MENA Travel Retail business by developing and maintaining key reporting tools, driving the S&OP process, and ensuring robust control over Gross to Net. Your insights will empower the team to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced and complex regional environment.

Your main focus:


Build and manage reporting systems

Develop and maintain dashboards for sell-out performance and TPR analysis Provide daily and monthly business updates vs targets Support automation of reporting processes through SAP/BI Create and adapt reports to meet evolving business needs

• Drive the S&OP process

Consolidate customer outlooks for Prestige and Mass Fragrances Challenge and validate forecasts in collaboration with the demand planning team Build monthly MBU decks for S&OP review Ensure sales planning aligns with demand forecasts

Support sales performance and planning

Follow up on sell-in targets daily and monthly Track order fill rates and highlight gaps per customer Lead innovation launch forecasts with sales and trade inputs Create and manage new customer setups in Coty systems

• Control Gross to Net and financial accuracy

Monitor forecasted vs actual Gross Sales and TS accruals Identify GtN and C1 optimization opportunities at customer and brand level Ensure monthly GtN compliance and provide variance analyses Collaborate with Finance for forecast accuracy and risk management

Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally

Conduct monthly performance reviews with Trade Marketing Circulate insights and action plans across relevant teams Actively participate in cross-department projects and initiatives Bring continuous improvements and challenge the status quo

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to turn data into insights and support strategic decisions with precision and speed. As an experienced Business Analyst or Sales Planner, you thrive in structured yet dynamic environments and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international setting.

Other than that, you:
• Have 5+ years of experience in analytics, sales finance, or demand planning (preferably in the Middle East region)
• Have worked with B2B or Travel Retail customers
• Are highly skilled in MS Excel, and ideally SAP and BI tools
• Possess strong business acumen and attention to detail
• Can communicate clearly and influence cross-functional teams
