Evaluate existing business processes and workflows and identify areas for improvement Assist in ongoing reviews of business processes and requirements analysis with critical stakeholders Develop and implement solutions or optimization strategies across different business units and processes Produce reports to document key insights and finalize process status and changes Continuously evaluate, update, and track metrics to monitor compliance and ensuring solutions or initiatives effectively meet business needs Present and make recommendations to cross-functional teams and upper management Ensure timely completion of deliverables including project plans, ad hoc analyses and reports, and other requirements that may arise
