Job Description IT Business Analyst (IT BA) plays a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: · Partner with operations teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. · Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to understand business needs and pain points. · Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. Requirements Management: · Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements. · Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and business models to articulate requirements clearly. · Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design & Delivery: · Collaborate with Data technical teams to design solutions that meet operational requirements. · Support system configuration, integration, and customization efforts, ensuring alignment with business processes. · Validate solutions during testing phases, ensuring they meet documented requirements and deliver expected outcomes. · Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement during project execution. Continuous Improvement: · Analyze existing operational workflows and recommend enhancements leveraging AI Tools.
