We are currently looking for a Business Analyst, US-EST region support who is able to connect business and commercial logic to define a plan and lead its execution to increase profitability. The candidate will also be responsible for bringing together various teams (Ops, Sales, Pricing) to gather information related to our cost base, and agree on action plans.Your contribution will be essential to safeguard and improve the profitability of our applications. **You will** + Help understand, scope and deliver cost impact analysis, and define commercial recommendations + Provide meaningful insight and analysis on cost data to shape future commercial strategy + Collaborate with Routing, Carrier, and Sales teams to quickly identify and implement actions to safeguard and further improve our applications Profitability + Play a key role in bridging the gap between the Business Performance team and external departments to provide consistent and actionable data analysis + Advise and contribute to Business Performance team best practices + Utilising Excel, Tableau BI and SQL queries, investigate and analyse data to provide insight, identify variances and anomalies and identify actions to improve business performance. + Look to further improve the existing Usage Revenue and cost monitoring processes and further automation to increase internal efficiency **Desired Skills and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred + Telco Experience + 3-5+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers + Strong experience with business intelligence tools, ideally Tableau, SQL, Excel and data manipulation + Strong analytical skills + Problem solving + Excellent communication skills + Drive insight through data and help people make sense of complex, multi-pronged issues **Personal Characteristics** + You are a self-starter, initiator + Track record of consistent execution with high attention to detail + You are structured in your approach + You are not afraid to challenge authority to get things done + You put the company objectives ahead of your own + Comfortable in a fast pace, global & multicultural environment Location: IND Pune - Amar Tech Centre S No.30/4A 1 Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
