We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Operations team. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current business processes and identify gaps and areas for improvementWork cross-functionally with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirementsTranslate complex business needs into clear and actionable documentation (e.g., user stories, process maps, workflows)Support implementation of process improvements and monitor outcomesPerform data analysis to support decision-making and provide meaningful insightsAssist in project planning and execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with business goalsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or coursework considered)Strong written, verbal, and analytical skillsAbility to understand and synthesize complex requirementsProactive and curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvementComfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like SQL, PowerBI, or JIRA is a plus
