**Job Title:** Business Analyst **Location:** Houston, TX **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hybrid) **Pay Rate:** $ 27.00/hour **Position Overview:** We’re looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our team supporting power delivery operations. In this role, you’ll provide essential business function support, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to help drive operational efficiency. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote, with occasional in-office presence required for key business moments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide clerical and administrative support in a corporate environment + Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, Time, EERS, and PassPort systems + Develop and customize reports using integrated systems and tools (e.g., Passport, PeopleSoft, Impromptu, Excel) + Present information clearly using strong written and verbal communication skills + Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet deadlines + Support issue resolution with a customer service mindset **Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma required + Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate setting (experience in the retail utility industry is a plus) + Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, formulas, pivot tables) and Word + Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) + Familiarity with SQL (preferred, but not required) + Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills + Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities + Must have a distraction-free home office setup with personal equipment (monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset); company laptop will be provided + Webcam required for virtual meetings **Why Join Us?** As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
