The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. This role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring alignment between IT and business goals, and supporting the successful delivery of projects that enhance customer and employee experiences.


Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field. Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies are advantageous. Minimum Required Experience:
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Proven track record of delivering process improvements and technology solutions that drive business value.
