Job Description
The project focuses on modernizing the Banks IT operations, with a primary goal of replacing the current service management platform, Cherwell. This includes supporting the RFP process, gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring a smooth transition to a new ITSM solution by mid-next year.
o Meet with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
o Write use cases and user stories for the new ITSM solution
o Participate in daily standups and status meetings with the PM team
o Collaborate with the service delivery analyst and IT teams to ensure alignment
o Coordinate and track testing efforts, including issue resolution
o Act as a point of contact for business users during testing and rollout
o Use PM tools (e.g., Agility) to manage documentation and progress
o Support the RFP process, vendor selection, and implementation planning
o Stay in sync with the Senior PM and Bank PM to ensure project milestones are met
o Additional tasks and responsibilities may be required as requested

Skills and Requirements
o Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), especially with ticketing and change control systems (e.g., Cherwell or similar)
o 35 years of experience in business analysis
o Strong communication skills able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
o Experience gathering and documenting requirements from business users
o Ability to write use cases and user stories
o Familiarity with testing processes coordinating, tracking, and resolving issues o Project management experience or mindset is a plus
o Banking or financial services experience is a bonus
o Comfortable working in hybrid Agile environments
o Tools: Familiarity with PM tools like Agility is helpful null
