Pay Rate: $50 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Business Analyst to their TPS (Treasury Payments and Solutions) Analytics team for an initial 6 month contract. This role is currently hybrid in Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

Work with the help desk management team to source the data from the system. Work the data that comes out of our billing system, deposit systems, product implementation system, customer service system and help desk systems data. Summarize the data from various systems to draw insights into productivity, efficiency and profitability. Determine which metrics are adequate to manage the team and produce score cards.

Qualifications:

Strong Excel skills (particularly Pivot Tables): 5 years Strong SQL skills: 5 years Python, Power BI, Power queries, Power automate (Nice to Have)
