Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in the energy domain is highly valued.

Key Skills & Competencies: 

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Expertise in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Effective stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities. Proficient in requirements management tools such as Jira, Rally, AHA, and Confluence. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams. Skilled in business process evaluation, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies. Having CBAP/CCBA/ECBA/CSPO certifications would be plus. 

Core Responsibilities:           

Capture, validate, and document business and system requirements aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather functional and nonfunctional requirements. Analyse existing system documentation to summarize current functionality and identify enhancement opportunities. Lead requirements analysis, ensuring clarity and completeness for development and QA teams. Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and proposed solutions. Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes, recommending automation and modernization strategies. Produce detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making and project execution. Act as a liaison between clients, technicians, and management, ensuring alignment and transparency.
