This document forms the basis for recruitment, training, and job performance evaluation of Data Management. **Scope:** Job Description applies to the activities of Information Management Department. The IM Department is responsible for maintaining this Job Description. **Requirements:** Characteristics: + Attention to details. + Responsible and results-driven + Able to work under tight schedule and deadline Education requirements + Any college or degree + Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Information Technology + Professional certificates like PMP would be advantageous. Languages / IT skills + Read and speak Vietnamese fluently. + Read and write English good. Work Experience 1 to 6 years prior experience in Business Analysis or Applications Development required. Other skills **Teamwork:** Effective team player with strong interpersonal skill; able to contribute effectively to a team. **Communication:** Direct, concise, and clear written and verbal communication; able to communicate effectively with other Departments’ managers and end-users. **Responsibility and Integrity:** high degree of commitment towards assigned tasks. **Dependability** : demonstrates ability to complete assignments timely and within departmental standards/expectations; follows through on commitments. **Core Job Responsibilities:** + Received requests from Departments regarding change of the following master data in NGERP. + Create, update or inactive Product master. + Create, update or inactive Price master. + Create, update or inactive Marking Campaign master. + Create, update or inactive Users/ Roles. + Received requests from Departments regarding change of the following master data in P2P and other system (if any). + Create, update or inactive Uses/ Role. + Create, update or inactive Vendor master. + Other supports system. + Manage data interfaces between multiple systems. + Responsible for maintaining master data accuracy according to requests and approvals. + All master data change must be validated and verified during system update. + Generate monthly change report to identify changes. + Ensure that all master data requests are approved by authorized managers according to approval matrix. + Ensure that changes to the master data are disseminated to the relevant parties. + Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met. + Report work progress to supervisor/ manager daily. Assist supervisor/manager in preparing weekly KPI report. + Supporting business processes, tracking system errors and finding solutions. + Involving in user-training, related to Business process. + Tracking Bug, enhancement and change request. + Develop test scenarios and test cases to ensure that positive and negative test cases are handled correctly by system. + Collecting and preparing business requirement for new project (if any).
