What you’ll do:

Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and deliver technology-enabled solutions that drive business change and improve operational effectiveness.

Shape and define business requirements within agile or waterfall delivery frameworks.

Facilitate workshops to analyse processes, identify improvements, and support change management initiatives.

Develop robust sets of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Support the creation of project charters, work plans, and business cases.

Promote new technologies and trends to business partners and colleagues.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and opportunities.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Experienced in business analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

Ability to apply business analysis methodologies and tools within both agile and/or waterfall project delivery frameworks.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and build consensus.

Experience in supporting change management and working in multi-disciplinary teams.
