Our client is actively seeking a Business Analyst who will play a key role in a data-driven transformation focused on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the evolution of the BI and data ecosystem to ensure practices are both modern and forward-thinking. Take a strategic approach by delivering competitive insights that guide future actions and strengthen market positioning. Oversee forecasting initiatives, design impactful dashboards, and steer strategic planning based on actionable data. Promote the adoption of cutting-edge analytics technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand their challenges, interpret data, and translate insights into effective action plans. Ensure data reliability, security, and compliance across all processes. Stay on top of emerging technologies, adopt the latest tools, and align analytical capabilities with the organization’s strategic goals.

Skills and qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience in data analysis or market intelligence within the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. Expertise in data management and governance. In-depth knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and proficiency with its data analytics tools. Proficiency in artificial intelligence for data analysis (an asset).
