CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst opening for our client in Dallas, TX. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end users Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision Clearly identify project stakeholders and establish customer classes and their characteristics Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis Define project impact, outcome criteria, and success metrics Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements Participate in quality assurance (QA) efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and feasibility Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation Experience with Agile development methodologies Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications Experience: Prior experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments Experience working on Agile project teams Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
