The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Business Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) as part of the DHS Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to mission-critical initiatives for homeland security and federal cybersecurity. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with USCG stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements.

Develop detailed business process models, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices (RTMs).

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working groups to capture mission and system needs.

Translate complex technical information into business language for stakeholders and decision-makers.

Support the development and review of documentation including SOPs, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and system lifecycle artifacts.

Track project milestones, deliverables, and risks using Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

Monitor metrics, KPIs, and status reporting dashboards for operational and program-level insights.

Assist in the design and implementation of onboarding documentation for new services, systems, and users.

Maintain alignment with DHS CDM and USCG cybersecurity frameworks and governance requirements.


Qualifications:

Required: 

U.S. Citizenship.

Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, or project analyst in a federal or IT environment.

Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and creating business analysis deliverables.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and technical writing.

Familiarity with federal cybersecurity, cloud, and IT operations concepts.


Desired:

CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analyst certification.

Experience supporting DHS, USCG, DoD, or other federal programs.

Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools.

Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, or CDM program requirements.

Experience with process improvement, service delivery, or performance management initiatives.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
