Business Analyst
Job Title: Business Analyst IIJob Description The role involves analyzing and completing government grant proposals, with a focus on securing funding as part of the Broadband, Equity, Access, and Development program. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident due to applicable export control laws. Responsibilities + Analyze and complete detailed state grant applications. + Secure funding for broadband and equity programs. + Exhibit strong project ownership and navigate complex bureaucratic processes. + Lead and direct the work of others when necessary. + Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment. + Perform a variety of complicated tasks, often involving creativity and latitude. Essential Skills + 4-6 years of experience in corporate strategy, business administration, or a related area. + Experience in public administration or government-funded projects is preferred. + Proficiency in Excel and Word. + Strong judgment and decision-making skills. + Experience in reviews, analysis, and completion of business proposals and grants. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Demonstrated leadership and clear communication skills. + Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Work Environment This position is onsite in Bellevue. Candidates should be aware that there is no free parking available. It is recommended to use public transportation or research nearby parking garages. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
